We use submitted information to respond to your project inquiry and operate the services you request. SlabFresh does not sell it.

Information you provide

When you send a project inquiry, SlabFresh may collect your name, email address, phone number, project location, floor details, and any other information you choose to include.

How information is used

  • Review and respond to your inquiry.
  • Understand, schedule, and document a project you ask us to consider.
  • Improve the inquiry process and maintain reasonable business records.

Submitting a quote form does not automatically add you to a promotional list.

Optional SMS messages

If you separately select an optional SMS-consent checkbox, SlabFresh may use your phone number for the category you selected: informational and transactional messages about estimates, appointments, and project updates; promotional messages about SlabFresh offers and announcements; or both. Consent is optional and is not required to purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

Service providers and sharing

SlabFresh may share submitted information with service providers that host the site and forms, store business records, deliver email, or deliver SMS messages on SlabFresh’s behalf. They receive only the information needed for that service. SlabFresh does not sell or rent personal information submitted through this website.

SlabFresh does not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in records with third parties for their own marketing. Those records may be accessed only by SlabFresh and providers needed to operate the form and deliver SlabFresh messages.

Cookies, logs, and security

The site may use essential technical storage and standard server logs needed to deliver and secure the website. SlabFresh does not use advertising cookies or create a behavioral advertising profile from project inquiries.

When enabled on the live site, HighLevel records page views, referring sources, and submitted form details to help SlabFresh understand inquiries and follow up. Cookies or similar browser identifiers may link your visits to your contact record after you submit a form. Inquiry data is processed by our website host and HighLevel on SlabFresh’s behalf. Form submission does not grant SMS consent; optional texting choices are on our separate SMS page.

When enabled on slabfresh.com, Google Analytics 4 records page views and limited, non-identifying interaction events such as phone-link clicks and quote-form submissions. The site sends Google Analytics a page URL and referrer with query strings and fragments removed; it does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, project details, or form-field values to Google Analytics. The tag is not loaded when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals, and it is not used here for advertising personalization.

SlabFresh uses reasonable access controls and service providers that support secure website, form, email, and SMS delivery. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention and your choices

Information may be retained as reasonably needed for inquiry follow-up, project records, legal obligations, or dispute prevention. You may ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, or withdraw SMS consent, subject to reasonable verification and recordkeeping needs.
