The honest version

Downtime is the real cost.

On a commercial floor the coating is rarely the expensive part. The expensive part is the days you can’t use the space.

So the conversation starts there: how many hours can you actually give up, in what order, and can we phase it so half the floor keeps working while the other half cures. That shapes the system we pick, not the other way round.

Preparation may involve diamond grinding or shot blasting. Compatible polyaspartic or polyurethane topcoats are evaluated against traffic, chemical exposure, cleaning and cure requirements. Moisture results may call for a dedicated mitigation layer or repairs to the water source before coating can proceed.

Common questions

What size commercial jobs do you take?
We’re selective rather than open-ended about commercial work, and we’d rather say that plainly than take a job we can’t staff properly. Service bays, showrooms, small warehouse floors and customer-facing spaces are the fit. Tell us the square footage and the downtime you can live with and we’ll give you a straight yes or no.
Can you work nights or weekends?
Usually, and for most commercial floors it’s the only sensible way to do it. Cure times are the real constraint, not our hours — the floor needs to be left alone for a stretch no matter when we start. We build that into the schedule before you sign anything.
Do you do line striping and safety markings?
Yes, as part of the coating build rather than painted on afterwards, so the markings are under the wear coat instead of wearing off it.
What about slip resistance?
Anywhere that gets wet, we add aggregate into the topcoat and we’ll talk through how much. More grip is safer and harder to mop; less is easier to clean and slicker when wet. It’s a real trade-off and you should be the one making it.
