These terms cover use of the website and optional text updates. Any actual project terms belong in the written proposal or agreement for that project.

Website inquiries

When you submit a project inquiry, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that SlabFresh may use it to review the project and respond. An inquiry is not a quote, contract, booking, warranty, or promise that a project is suitable.

Optional SMS text messages

If you select an optional SMS-consent checkbox, you agree to receive the category selected: occasional informational and transactional messages about estimates, appointments, and project updates; promotional messages about SlabFresh offers and announcements; or both. Consent is optional and is not required to purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Age and carrier terms

The SMS program is intended for people age 18 or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Project information

Pricing, system selection, schedule, preparation, warranty, and project terms are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement for the specific project. Existing concrete, moisture, access, weather, use, and other conditions may affect suitability and scope.

Examples and technical content

Website descriptions and guides are general educational information and are not advice about a specific slab. Photography on this site is placeholder reference imagery. It is not photographs of completed SlabFresh projects and is not presented as such.

Website availability and links

SlabFresh may change or remove website content without notice and does not promise uninterrupted availability. Third-party links are provided for context; SlabFresh does not control their content.
